Conrad Dangerous
Welcome to the official website of Conrad Dangerous.
Conrad Dangerous is a freeware platform game. It is a spin off of the Rick Dangerous games, although the gameplay is more like Rick meets Mario Brothers, as there is a lot of running, jumping, and shooting and the screen scrolls with Conrad. Conrad can also swim and you can use the mouse to aim where he shoots his lasers. There are four worlds/eras containing 12 levels and there are over 30 enemies.
Conrad Dangerous uses OpenGL graphics. You should make sure to have the OpenGL drivers for your graphics card installed before you play or else the game will run very slowly. OpenGL drivers are usually included with the drivers provided by your card's manufacturer. The game also uses wav sounds and mod music. Conrad Dangerous was programmed in Visual C++ using OpenGL, Directsound and FMod libraries.
